Return Policy

We have a satisfaction guarantee, so if your order is not what you expected or our products are not satisfactory, you can return them for a refund, store credit, or replacement.  You will have ten (10) days to make your return once you receive your order.  After ten (10) days, there will be a restocking fee added.

How to make your return:

  1. Call us at 330-666-4741.  Each situation is different, so it is important to call first.  Tell us what you need to return and your reason for the return.  We will be happy to help you as quickly as we can.
  2. Before sending us your return, you will need to include your copy of the invoice and the return form (sent upon request) with the product.
  3. Return shipping.  Write “Returns” on the box and ship it the most convenient way for you.  We recommend insuring your package in case something might happen during shipment.

If the error is made by Copley Feed, or it is damaged during shipment, we will make it right, and cover the shipping fee.  If you decide the item is not what you wanted, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
