“Fairlawn Shady” is our best selling shade mix! It is reasonably priced and will work well in light to medium shade. No heavy fertilization is required! However, irrigation may be required for the shaded areas with tree roots. If you are looking for results, do not be tempted by less expensive mixes which contain as much as 50% – 70% of the poorer performing common red fescue.
