New Year’s Dinner with your Traeger Grill

I’ve got Christmas behind me but now we have New Year’s creeping up. Mark has been telling everyone that comes in to Copley Feed how he does his pork roast on the Traeger Grill, so I felt that I would share it with those of you that have the grill.

On Thursday, he will crank up the Traeger and put the roast on smoke. He lets that cook on smoke at 1 hour per pound of roast.  On New Year’s Day, we put it into a crock pot smothered with sauerkraut and put it on low for the entire day.  When dinner rolls around, wahlah you have a scrumptious main dish for all to enjoy.
